I’ve hired Alex before and have always appreciated his work. This time he sent Vadim, who showed up early, explained everything clearly, and was great to work with. He installed the plywood shelf and reinforced the back section to fix a small sagging issue, making sure everything was properly supported. My wife and I purchased a home in Tarrytown and sought out THA construction company for our remodel. The remodel included multiple bathrooms, floors, kitchen, master closet, and creating a library. I can honestly say that these dudes (Alex and Cesar primarily) were the best we’ve ever worked with. From day one, the communication was excellent. We recently completed a full home remodel with THA Construction on our 1940s home in Tarrytown. The project included remodeling multiple bathrooms including the primary bath, kitchen, hardwood floor refinishing, and full interior and exterior paint. The result is a high-end remodel quality that elevated the home and made old feel new.
We installed craftsman custom inset cabinets with mitered edge marble countertops which requires great precision. The finished product feels super high end ultra luxury intergalactic in the best way possible—beautiful materials executed with great attention to detail.
I will admit I am a very picky customer with strong, design-forward thinking that sometimes clashes with the practical realities of construction. Throughout the project, Alex, Victoria, and Cesar were fantastic to work with. They were patient, collaborative, and always willing to talk through ideas. When something I wanted wasn’t practical or could be improved, they provided thoughtful suggestions and adjustments so we could find solutions that still honored the design vision while making sense from a construction standpoint.
Regarding pricing - considering the level of work and detail involved, their pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes we received in Austin for similar high-end work.
