Downtown Austin Luxury Bathroom Remodel Project

The new walk-in shower was built using a complete Schluter waterproofing system, ensuring long-term moisture protection and full code compliance. The shower walls feature large format 24×48 porcelain tile in a cream white finish, paired with gold bathroom fixtures for a clean, contemporary aesthetic. A marble mosaic shower floor was installed to provide slip resistance, proper drainage, and a luxury finish.
All permits were handled directly by THA Construction & Remodeling through the City of Austin, allowing for a seamless approval and inspection process. Despite the complexity of downtown permitting and the technical requirements of large format tile installation, the entire bathroom remodel was completed in just three weeks.
