Contemporary Kitchen Remodel with European Cabinetry on Woodrow Ave, Austin
This custom kitchen remodel on Woodrow Avenue in Austin transformed the space into a warm, modern kitchen with luxury finishes and carefully selected natural stone details. The goal was to create a clean, functional design while adding premium materials that bring character and long-term value to the home.
The project features custom European-style cabinetry with a seamless, full-height design that maximizes storage and creates a sleek contemporary look. For the countertops and backsplash, we installed Taj Mahal quartzite, carrying the same material up the wall for a clean and elegant finish that is both beautiful and easy to maintain.
The kitchen island became a centerpiece of the remodel with stunning Verde marble that adds contrast and natural movement to the space. We paired the stonework with Kohler bronze fixtures, including a workstation sink, pot filler, and faucet, creating a warm and sophisticated appearance throughout the kitchen.
To add additional luxury details, Marble Viola was used for custom door jamb accents, giving the transition areas a unique architectural touch rarely seen in traditional kitchen renovations. We also fabricated the toe kicks from Taj Mahal quartzite, providing extra durability in high-traffic areas while maintaining a seamless look.
New Edward Martin porcelain flooring completed the renovation, bringing together the natural stone, wood cabinetry, and bronze finishes into a cohesive design. Under-cabinet lighting, integrated appliances, and custom millwork help make the kitchen both functional and visually striking.
